The president is also the head of the executive branch of the federal government and is also the supreme commander of the armed forces of United States. Article II of United States invest the executive power of the United States in the president. Which entitles him with the execution of federal law and also gives him the power of appointing federal, executive, diplomatic and judicial officers. These officers are appointed in order to assist him in his day to day activities.

The Gaza Blockade, a key aspect of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, was began about 3 years ago by Israel and Egypt to contain Hamas, the militant Palestinian group that controls Gaza. The Israeli raid on the Free Gaza Flotilla last week has refocused international attention on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict and Gaza's isolation. Numerous international leaders question the reasons for the blockade to continue. Some critics call it inhumane oppression. Those in support say the blockade is essential to prevent rocket attacks by Hamas on Israeli soil.


2012 - Is It Time To Panic

I have recently watched the movie 2012 on dvd.

I can't explain how depressed I was shortly after.

Is this really going to happen? Are we doomed? Why go to work tomorrow if this is inevitable ?
